GUEST AGREEMENT

To remain compliant with local laws and regulations, a signed agreement is needed before staying at the property. We want to make your stay with us as smooth as possible, so after you book we'll ask you to sign a guest agreement and provide photo ID for verification. It outlines all of our rules, terms and conditions. You may ask to view the agreement before booking if you have any questions. For clarification purposes, we want to emphasize that booking this property signifies your acceptance of the terms outlined in the agreement (regardless of whether you view or sign it) and non-compliance with its rules may disqualify you for a full or partial refund. Once signed, you will be all set to receive the door code on check-in day.

RENTAL TERM

Pursuant to local laws, this property hosts one rental party per thirty-day period. Your rental term is thirty days regardless of your actual length of stay (you don't have to stay all 30 days). Rates and minimum stay requirements (controlled by connected software) are based on a thirty-day rental term, regardless of whether a quote displays the monthly rate as a nightly rate that suggests this property can be rented for a shorter period. Dates described as "Check in", "Check out", "Arrival", "Departure" or similar terms anywhere on this site or in any communications, indicate dates of occupancy, not an advertised rental term. If your dates fall within a thirty-day term already claimed by another rental party, the host will not be able to rent this property and will notify you as such. The host determines your thirty-day rental term based on your requested dates, or you may specify a thirty-day rental term preference in your booking request. In summary, this property may not be rented for less than 30 consecutive days. Rental prices will not be reduced or adjusted based on the number of days the rental is actually used or occupied.
